Cathleen was amazing through-out our whole buying experience. From helping us find the house, to dealing with the seller, all the way through to the close, and she even supplied us with helpful information such as affordable handymen, painters and insurance policies. Cathleen is fantastic! As a first time buyer, Cathleen was patient and dedicated her time to me in a way that made me feel special and heard. She not only researched every home that I was interested in, but sent photos and videos of listings that she thought I would want to see. She answered all of  questions promptly and provided support and encouragement every step of the way.

We worked with Cathleen and her partner Blayne to sell a family member’s home and buy a condo. She was kind, responsive, informative, and flexible. We were most impressed with the depth of her understanding and familiarity with the Valley Village real estate market, her ability to listen  accurately, and her kind and gracious demeanour. We would not hesitate to work with her again.

The moment I met Cathleen I knew I would be in good hands. She has this warm and energetic vibe that I love. She is knowledgable, very thorough and whenever I had a question about the house she responded so quickly! Which was great because I was in a different time zone when I made the offer to  the house. This was my 3rd time with a different agent and immediately I felt more comfortable and less stress. She was on top of everything. Gave me constant updates which I love and always felt I knew what was going on with the house. But the way she did it stood out to me. It’s her tone and delivery. She never seemed stress which really helped me because a lot was going on in my life at that moment. Overall she is a kind and energetic person that wants to fight for you and have the home of your dreams. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for an agent! Oh! She was so sweet when she gave me the keys to my house. It was just a great experience.

As a first time condo buyer, I was referred to Cathleen through a mutual friend and I could not be happier! I called Cathleen on a Wednesday with a general description of what I was looking for and by Saturday we were seeing units! We met at a location that was convenient for both of us and went  over what to expect with the process, details of what I was looking for, budget, etc. and then went on to view about 5 places. I really liked the last unit we looked at and she made herself available for me for the next 2 days in a row to make sure that I got to see it. The day I was going to put in an offer, she found one that she thought I might like, and voila! Here I am writing this review from my new townhouse! Cathleen made this process so easy for me and has answered every. single. silly. question that I have asked (and there have been a TON!) She is responsive and knowledgeable and kind and I can’t wait to buy another place so I can work with her again! She does not pressure you or make you feel at all uncomfortable, she is truly an angel to work with and as a person.
